In support of an eDetail campaign for Viagra targeted to doctors, I created a suite of logos and branding around a "Challenge Series" theme. The goal was to use games of skill intertwined with clinical data to engage and enlighten physicians.
Leveraging the brand colors, I introduced a playful tone to the game logos that implied fun without a childish aftertaste. Dimensional elements helped lift the design off the screen a bit, while also informing the user about the nature of the games. I worked closely with the Flash development team to ensure the flow of the piece and the gameplay was smooth.
Even though the reward for playing these games was not tremendous (a free medical book or discount coupons for patients), we found that doctors would enjoy playing them. So much that we introduced a leaderboard that quickly filled up and was updating frequently even after the program was complete.
